Key Benefits of Observing/Watching Tai Chi:
Stress Reduction: Watching the slow, flowing movements and focused breathing can trigger relaxation and lower cortisol levels.
Mental Engagement: Observing the sequences helps train imagination, focus, and improves cognitive functioning, similar to mindfulness training.
Mind-Body Connection: It encourages mindfulness by engaging the brain in the movement's flow.
Visual Learning: For those unable to practice physically immediately, observing prepares the mind and body, promoting mental calmness and aiding in the future understanding of the movements.
Other Benefits: You'll get a chance to view what a typical class is like, see fellow students, see the various Tai Chi postures and forms and sit in on the informative lectures given by our Instructor Victor Franco whose practiced and taught the art for the past 45 years.
